"Rebecca L Sutherland rocks. Any time I have a need and a question Rebecca is very quick and efficient at getting it taken care of. Other than the underwriters taking away the roadside from 1 of my vehicles I have no complaints. I have recommended my teenage daughter to call Statefarm for a quote. Hope once she gets her own policy with Statefarm that she is happy with them as I have been."

"Around a month ago, I made the switch from Geico to State Farm. Significantly improved my rates with very minimal effort. Worked with Rebecca to get everything squared away. Communication via text made things super easy, rather than trying to find time for a call throughout the busy schedule I normally have. She had my policies up and going in no time, and was able to make sure i was getting the same coverages as before; and best yet, I know I have a dedicated team at this branch to work with if necessary. "100% satisfied with this company! After 30+ years with my original State Farm agent, he retired and my policies were transferred to an agency in Fishers. Two years later, they were transferred to a different agency on the south side of Indy (neither of which are close to where I reside). This year, I decided to make a change and met with Doug. What a terrific guy! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He guided me through making sure my coverage is up to date and suits my needs, told me about some coverages I didn't even know I had (!!!) and about a couple of technology devices that could give me automatic discounts! Previous to meeting Doug, I spoke on the phone to several of his staff members, all very helpful in getting me started with the change. This agency is the complete package❤ If you are looking for an excellent insurance agency, look no further. Give Doug's office a call!"

"Rachel invested the time needed to troubleshoot and find out why I was unable to continue to pay my bill online. In the process, she found I was still paying insurance on an auto that I no longer own!
